The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSOG) maintain this Gas Network Codes Functionality Platform to enhance public access to and exchange of information regarding the implementation of Network Codes and Guidelines approved in line with Regulation (EC) No 715/2009. Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. However ACER and ENTSOG accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this site, which is mainly based on inputs received from third parties. Third parties shall be responsible that the information shared is:
- Of a general nature only and is not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular individual or entity (if you need specific advice, you should always consult a suitably qualified professional);
- Comprehensive, complete, accurate or up to date to the extent possible;

Privacy Statement on the processing of personal data
The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSOG) handle certain personal data pertaining to Platform Users (e.g. first name, surname, company name, e-mail addresses).
When processing personal data ACER and ENTSOG are subject to the applicable relevant laws.
The personal data is collected for the following purposes:
- I. management and operation of the Gas Network Codes Functionality Platform (in particular for security and maintenance purposes)
- II. creation and maintenance of a contact database for the purposes of ACER and ENTSOG relations with the Platform Users, the access to which is restricted to ACER and ENTSOG only.
- III. information regarding the activities of ACER and ENTSOG, in connection with the Platform (surveys and workshops)
Persons concerned by any collection of their personal data (“Data subjects”) seeking clarification of their rights or further information on their rights should contact either the Agency’s data protection officer (DPO@acer.europa.eu) or the ENTSOG’s data protection officer (DPO@entsog.eu). Data Subjects have the right to access their personal data, to have these data rectified or erased, to restrict the processing of these data in certain situations and to transmit his/her personal data to another data controller by contacting the Agency’s data protection officer or the ENTSOG Data Protection Officer. Data subjects wishing to exercise their rights are requested to contact either the contact person for this processing operation (details above), or one of the data protection officers (DPO@acer.europa.eu or DPO@entsog.eu). Please note, that data subjects may have recourse to the European Data Protection Supervisor (www.edps.europa.eu) at any time”.
