Both ACER and ENTSOG are tasked with producing a variety of monitoring reports covering the different Network Codes and Guidelines. The frequency of publication depends on the specific provision the monitoring task stems from – some reports are published on a yearly basis, others every 2-3 years and some reports are only published once.

All monitoring reports produced by ACER can be found here. The most recently published reports are the ACER Practice report on transmission tariff methodologies in Europe, based on the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 (TAR NC) and the ACER Report on enabling short-term gas markets after interim balancing measures, based on the  Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 (BAL NC). On 20 May 2020 the Agency published the seventh edition of the Annual Report on contractual congestion in EU gas markets and how it is managed, and its technical annex.
