CAM NC issues will be directed to ACER’s CAM review/amendment process
ACER has started the preparatory phase of the amendment process of the NC CAM in 2023. During this phase, FUNC issues related to CAM NC will be integrated into the amendment work and discussions. Therefore, the CAM activity on FUNC platform is on hold during the review and amendment process unless high urgency is demonstrated.
in this context, ACER is launching a public consultation on the “Capacity Allocation Mechanisms Network Code: achievements and the way forward”, which will run from Tuesday 14 November 2023 until Friday 5 January 2024.
